Butch Frick has been on the frontline of brand communications and sales for over 40 years. He applies his insights in the form of speaking, coaching and teaching both in academic settings and within sales-oriented organizations. He works with Bigwidesky in integrating communications and organization development concepts into sales conversations as well as sharpening sales and go-to-market strategies for companies in growth mode.
In his role with business insurance broker Lockton Companies, Butch has lead business development conversations with some of the largest companies in the world including Panera Bread, Archer Daniels Midland, Emerson Electric and Graybar Electric.
His experience has lead to high levels of recognition – both within companies and industries. Butch won the Century Club award for Top Sales at Sedgwick and has been featured as a Who’s Who in the Insurance Business by the American City Business Journal.
