Susan Gillham is an award-winning illustrator, designer, and creative director that appreciates the marriage of strategy, research, evaluation, synthesis, and design to exceed a client’s communication aspirations. She is expert in the application of human-centered design thinking into the deepest business challenges. Experienced in traditional, UX/UI, digital, and strategic communications, Susan brings a holistic approach to building solid foundations for brands and the humans that support them.
Susan’s analysis and recommendations have assisted clients launch new brands, reposition existing brands, or unify their brands. She has provided holistic design thinking solutions to a wide range of industries including healthcare, agriculture, education, retail, consumer package goods, and finance.
